1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using IntegrationDev's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Services

IntegrationDev provides professional API and system integration services, including but not limited to:

  • Payment system integrations (Stripe, CardPointe, Clover, etc.)
  • CRM and marketing platform integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Cloud service integrations (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • E-commerce platform integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Communication API integrations (Twilio, SendGrid, etc.)
  • Custom API development and consulting services

3. Service Terms

Project Scope

All integration projects will be defined by a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due according to project milestones or upon completion.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to our services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and requirements
  • Timely communication and feedback
  • Providing necessary access to systems and platforms
  • Compliance with third-party platform terms of service
  • Backup of critical data before integration work begins

5. Intellectual Property

Custom code and solutions developed specifically for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. However, IntegrationDev retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies gained during the project for future work.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitations of Liability

IntegrationDev's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties except those explicitly stated in writing. We disclaim all warranties including:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Compatibility with all systems and platforms
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold IntegrationDev harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of our services or breach of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Data Security and Compliance

We implement appropriate security measures to protect client data and maintain compliance with relevant regulations including PCI DSS for payment integrations. However, clients are ultimately responsible for their own compliance requirements.

12. Force Majeure

IntegrationDev shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service outages.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
